In rare circumstances, your email provider may block our E-Mails. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our side, but you could try the following:
- Please try to use a different E-Mail host / provider, if you don’t get any answers from us within 24 hours.
- Important – it needs to be a different E-Mail Provider and not just another E-Mail address!
To find a list of your purchases, you simply have to:
1. log into your account
2. find and click the link “Purchase Overview” in the right hand menu.
For security reasons, the download link in your email is only valid for several hours.
